We are proficient manufacturers of Plate Bending Machines, Plate Straightening Machines, Plate Levelling Machines, Section Bending Machines and Special Purpose Machines like Panel Bending Machines, Shipyard and other Presses.
We operate out of an extensive manufacturing complex that spreads over a 16,000 square metres in a prime industrial zone at Vadodara that strategically allows us easy access to infrastructure facilities like transport, raw materials, skilled workforce, power supply etc.

Mr. Rohintan (Ronnie) Rumi Sabawalla
B.E. Mechanical by qualification, an engineer by mind, a visionary by profession.
Mr. Ronnie was the genius behind Himalaya Machine. His passion for design and engineering has inspired all the machines that Himalaya has designed and produced till date. The world class manufacturing facility of our company is the result of his innovative thinking. As per him, designing a machine is an art. And that way, he was a master artist.
Mr. Ronnie has passed on but his legend and passion still lives and thrives in every aspect of Himalaya's operations. We are proud to have the leadership of such a brilliant, inspired mind.

Mr. Rashmi C Shah
While Mr. Ronnie was the brilliance behind Himalaya's machine designs, Mr. Rashmi is the brains behind our manufacturing might. From being the best of friends, they also became trusted business partners and pioneered Himalaya Machinery Pvt. Ltd.
A mechanical engineer himself, Mr. Rashmi has been managing every aspect of the manufacturing process at Himalaya for over 42 years. A sharp observer, a patient listener and great problem solver, Mr. Rashmi has successfully built not just the manufacturing but also the human capital of the company. Under his tutelage, our company has developed and strengthened the engineering capabilities that are at par with the best in the world and that underpin the superior quality of our machines.
Mr. Rashmi continues to lead us to date with his experience and wisdom, and supports our every endevour. Himalaya is deeply indebted to his commitment and leadership.

Mr. Rohan Shah
Mr. Rohan has been a key cog in Himalaya's operations since 2007 after completing his MBA in Marketing from Manchester, UK. He has been instrumental in designing our long-term strategy as the CEO of the company. He is our chief marketing strategist as well and ably leads the Sales and Customer Service functions of the organization. He also oversees the strategic sourcing operations of Himalaya.
He has been successfully driving our topline growth for almost a decade.
